Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Mill Civic Services Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
