Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Maple Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
