Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Rivermark Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Savannah serving students and families. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about family communication. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
