Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Drift Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
