Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Amber Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about school calendars. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
