Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Clearpath River Press Group produces print and digital publications in Indianapolis, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 713 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about press runs. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
