Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Nova Juniper Legal Group provides legal services in Orlando across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about document review. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
