Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Silverline Ridge Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for New Orleans and nearby communities. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
