Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Westbrook Forge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Salt Lake City design routes and schedules, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
