Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Greenridge Insurance Group is an insurance company in Richmond with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
