Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Kestrel Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
