Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Union Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
