Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Clearpath Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Las Vegas, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 751 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
