Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Ironwood Fox Community Partners Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
