Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Fernwood Maple Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Louisville, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 358 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about grant reporting. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
