Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Basin Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
