Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
