Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 971 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with attendance records.
