Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Hartford. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
