Harborlight Summit Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Des Moines. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 813 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with maintenance stores.
