Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Amberfield Sable Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
