Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Northwind Forge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Columbus presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
