Rivermark Thistle Insurance Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
