Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wren Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
