Cedar Vista Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Nashville and nearby communities, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 899 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
