Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Bluepeak Pine Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Seattle, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about rent assistance. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
