Bluepeak Iron Community Partners is a Raleigh charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
