Content Writer - help-centre articles (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Raleigh, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about learning materials. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
