Content Writer - help-centre articles (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Ridge Learning Group is an education provider in Raleigh serving students and families, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
