Content Writer - help-centre articles (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline Timber Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Raleigh. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
