Content Writer - help-centre articles (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Vale Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Raleigh. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
