Cedar Junction Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Raleigh, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
