Content Writer - help-centre articles (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Bright Maple Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
