Content Writer - help-centre articles (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Ember Community Partners runs community programmes across Providence, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about donor records. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
