Silverline Meridian Civic Services supports public agencies in Providence with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
