Content Writer - help-centre articles (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Bright Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Portland supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about food distribution. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
