Content Writer - help-centre articles (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Granite Water Authority Partners supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Portland and nearby communities, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Portland. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about water quality. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
