Content Writer - help-centre articles (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Bright Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about water quality. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
