Content Writer - help-centre articles (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pike Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about learning materials. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
