Harborlight Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Pittsburgh with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
