Content Writer - help-centre articles (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wilder Insurance Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 902 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
