Ironwood Hollow Civic Services supports public agencies in Phoenix with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
