Content Writer - help-centre articles (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Summit Field Press and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about press runs. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
