Content Writer - help-centre articles (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 507 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
