We are growing our team at Greenridge Drift Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
