Highbridge Cross Energy is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
