Content Writer - help-centre articles (New Orleans, LA)

Bluepeak Thistle Press is a printer and publisher in New Orleans serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about proofing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
