Summit Pike Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around New Orleans. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 882 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about learning materials. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
