Content Writer - help-centre articles (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Maple Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Nashville, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
