Content Writer - help-centre articles (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Keystone Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Nashville region, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
